Real Estate Update
Wrapping on house #8, the one with the kitchen fire.
We had to get extensive inspections on this one because of the damage but it’s about done and we have a tenant ready to move in. Should have pictures and a complete blog post for it soon
I’ve been working on a 24 unit apartment complex. It’s been a tricky deal for sure but I’m learning a TON and that’s what’s most important. The biggest lesson I’ve learned so far is: PUSH THE GOAL POST FORWARD. As long as you have time to bail on a deal if you get too jammed up, then go forward. I hindered myself a lot in the past by thinking “I wasn’t ready” and I wasn’t but that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t try to push each deal as far as it will go. I’ve learned so much about how to sell these deals to investors, the process of closing, and how to best prepare for one just by TRYING to get it done. Great experience and I will have much better updates next month. It may not close so I don’t want to over promise.

What else happened this month
HUGE month for me, I crushed the gym, I travelled to Fayetteville to try and put this deal together and I’m working to launch my own podcast. Working nonstop and loving every moment of it. Here are some small personal updates and pics I wanted to share.
